Launched in 1999 the programme is increasingly attracting children in the sub-communities.  They provide opportunities within neighbourhoods for children to interact in positive activities in such areas as sports, leisure games, culture, skills development etc…  Support to the success of the programme is provided by parents.

The programme contributes to the strengthening of a family spirit within the neighbourhood.
